City of Angels Scholarship Application
For Continuing College Students

Each year City of Angels Church of Religious Science is very pleased to offer scholarships to our qualified continuing college students who are enrolled in an academically accredited two to four year college or university. Preference is given to those students who meet the following conditions:

A. Required for Consideration
- Copy of most recent college transcript
- Completed application package may be delivered or mailed to:

B. Selection Criteria
- GPA of 2.5 or Greater
- Minimum 200 word letter or intent which states what your current goals are
C. Selection Process
- Award amounts will be based on selection criteria above as well as scholarship funds available from our scholarship foundation
